An adventurous mash-up of two renowned beers from Yorkshire Brewers Theakston and Roosters, Peculier Assassin combines the rich, fruit-laden depth of a legendary Yorkshire ale with the juicy, tropical hop character of an American Brown Ale. Deep ruby-brown in colour, it opens with aromas of dark cherry, toffee, and caramel, lifted by mango, apricot, and citrus hop notes. The palate is smooth and medium-bodied, balancing roasted malt sweetness with vibrant, resinous bitterness. The finish is long and moreish, perfectly uniting old-world richness with modern hop intensity.
