Availability And Delivery
13.1 Your order will be delivered within 14 days. If we are aware that this is subject to a delay then we will let you know by e-mail.
13.2 Delivery will be by Royal Mail with the exception of bottled beers and hampers.
13.3 Shipping is calculated & quoted at Checkout based on the item size/weight.
13.4 Beer and hampers will be delivered via courier and will require signature (by adult 18 years or over) on delivery. If no one is at the address the Produce will be retained by the driver. Notification of failed delivery will be left along with contact details of the courier company. Customers will be required to contact the courier and rearrange delivery at a convenient time.
13.5 Deliveries will be made to mainland UK only. We are not currently able to offer international shipping on most of our merchandise. If you’d like us to check for clothing items for your location, please email shop@theakstons.co.uk.
Risk And Title
14.1 The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
14.2 Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
