Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive
Help Tell the Story of a Brewing Legend!
About Us
Established in 1827, Theakston Brewery is one of Britain's oldest independent family brewers, renowned for iconic beers including Old Peculier, Best Bitter and XB.
As we approach our landmark Bicentenary in 2027, there's never been a more exciting time to join the business. With 200 years of brewing heritage behind us and ambitious plans for the future, we're looking for a creative, driven and hands-on Social Media & Digital Communications Executive to help bring the Theakston story to life for existing fans and new audiences alike.
From our brewery and Visitor Centre in Masham to beer festivals, sporting events, pub activations and trade shows across the UK, you'll be at the heart of telling the stories behind our beers, our people and our heritage. This is an opportunity to help shape the digital voice of one of Britain's most respected brewing brands during a truly historic chapter in its journey.
The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the wider Marketing team, you'll create compelling content, develop engaging campaigns and help strengthen Theakston's presence across digital channels.
You'll be equally comfortable behind a camera, editing creative content, managing social media campaigns and representing the brewery on location. One day you could be filming with our brewing team in Masham, the next capturing content at a beer festival, customer event or product launch.
If you're a natural storyteller with a passion for social media, content creation and digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
As we head towards our Bicentenary in 2027, you'll play an important role in sharing the people, places, beers and stories that have made Theakston one of Britain's most iconic brewing names.
